God's Plan

I want to share something that happened to be last night. I was on my way to church and I just thought to myself, "God has a great plan for you. His plan right now may be to be the best Wife and Mom you can be. God has great plans for your family. If you follow Gods plan to be the best Wife and Mom then it makes it easier for your boys to follow Gods plan and do the best they can at whatever the Lord calls them to do." Anyway, I said that to say that I went to church last night and the preachers sermon was on "Gods Plan for You"! He touched on everything I was just thinking to myself about on my drive to church. It was such an awesome feeling to just feel like I'm doing what God wants me to do. I want to keep feeling that. God uses Moms in a great way to train up future leaders of the World. God uses wives to lift up and love their Husbands. Being a Wife and Mom is an important job and it's God's plan for me.

So, our story starts December, 2010 on a winter night. I was talking to mutual friend of ours via Skype. We caught up on news and then she brought up this guy's name..Jim. She said he was an great guy and that he holds the same beliefs as I do. I could tell she was trying to play match maker..so I just played along for fun. Unfortunately I did not set a good impression the first time I met Jim. Everyone in the world wanted to call, text, or chat online. Jim tried hard to keep the conversation going but I would have to excuse the conversation to take a phone call or text. Looking back now I realized how patient he was with me. Fortunately after that night he wanted to continue to keep in touch with me so we would Skype, text, or chat on Facebook. A few weeks of texting constantly (no exaggeration), skyping, and talking over the phone, Jim decides our friendship is ready for a new chapter and asks me as romantically as he can to be his girlfriend. I LOVE photography! I did some photo shoots for weddings and graduation to help pay for my first year of College. I don't have any school education for taking pictures but I have years of experience. I mainly like doing landscape and portrait. The down side to me loving photography so much is that I can be picky when it comes to me having my picture taken. My husband is a professional photographer and takes school pictures. We own a simple Cannon camera but I can edit pictures I take to look a little more professional. Here are some of my pictures.
